Each year hundreds of volunteers come together from all over the Midwest of the United States and Ontario, Canada and help with all aspects of our event including selling admissions, parking cars, hanging banners, cleaning, preparing meals, officiating and more.  They all started at some point. We have done it this way since the very beginning.

There are no age restrictions to volunteer, except only those adults who are 18 years of age or older can work within our Pit Areas per our insurance requirements.

Volunteers at our event receive free admission to our events, free parking, Discounted Merchandise, we provide all meals and non-alcoholic beverages. Additionally, we host an annual volunteer’s party about a month after our main event for our volunteers and their families thanking them for their support.

Many of our volunteers come back every year, but in doing that, we still need a supply of new volunteers every year to learn the areas to possibly become our leaders in the future.
